What is a certified translation?

A complete translation accompanied by the translator's signed statement that it is accurate and that they are competent to translate between the two languages.

Will courts and USCIS accept it?

Courts and USCIS generally require exactly this — a complete translation with a signed certificate of accuracy. Some courts have local rules; tell us and we'll match them.

Simplified or Traditional Chinese — which do I need?

Mainland China uses Simplified characters; Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau use Traditional. If you're not sure, send the document and we'll tell you.

Do I have to upload files on the website?

No. Uploading is optional, and a few samples are enough for a quote. We'll follow up to confirm the details and collect the complete files.

How fast can you deliver?

Standard, expedited and rush turnaround are available, and same-day when the schedule allows. Tell us your deadline when you request a quote.

Is my information confidential?

Yes. Files are stored privately, never shared, and used only for your translation.

Do you offer notarization or hard copies?

Yes, both can be added to any order.

Do you work with clients outside California?

Yes. Written translation is done fully remotely for clients and attorneys anywhere in the United States.
